Another closing today on a home in The Lakes of Lakes and Streams! The buyers came in after this home (the Cypress plan!) was complete and found that it checked all of their boxes. Love when that happens! She said it felt like home the first time she walked in it! It’s a beautiful home with a gas stove, tile fireplace, tile shower, upgraded brick columns and maybe best of all, great neighbors (Justin and Chris!).

Masters week closing and it is the first Birch plan to close in this section! The buyers were able to come in after the home was finished, didn’t have to stress over a single selection and still ended up with a uniquely customized home! The yard is huge, full of azaleas (fitting for this week!), and perfect for a pool. 👀 It already has a screen porch to add to the perfect backyard living space and of course, the inside is finished out beautifully.
