Another closing today on a home in The Lakes of Lakes and Streams! The buyers came in after this home (the Cypress plan!) was complete and found that it checked all of their boxes. Love when that happens! She said it felt like home the first time she walked in it! Masters week closing and it is the first Birch plan to close in this section! The buyers were able to come in after the home was finished, didn’t have to stress over a single selection and still ended up with a uniquely customized home! Another Cedar plan closing on a beautiful lake lot in Lakes and Streams! These buyers chose their plan, their lot and were able to customize upgrades and selections throughout the home. The home gives such a nice airy and calm feeling as you walk through which is perfect since it sits right on the lake. Whether you’re in the master bedroom, kitchen, great room, or one of the guest bedrooms you have a view of the lake. And the backyard is perfect! 😍

The Cedar plan is a very popular plan, people are loving it so much in fact that we added 3 additional very similar plans as options to choose from when selecting your plan. The interiors all have the same favorite features as the Cedar - an open concept with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs, excellent pantry and closet space, and the laundry room connected to the master bath. The exterior changes give each of the new plans a completely different look and feel. One of the new plans, the Pine is already under construction on the lake!

This beautiful Cedar floor plan on the lake closed today! The buyer for this home selected her lot, her plan, made each selection for the home, and added all sorts of upgrades. She ditched the carpet entirely and went with LVP everywhere there isn’t tile. Speaking of tile, she went with a tile shower, added several lights throughout, extra concrete out front and back, a gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances, a full on extra bathroom upstairs + a few others! I am not sure you can look anywhere in this home (inside or out!) and not see a carefully thought out customization! Not a bad view from the master bedroom, while washing dishes or sitting on the back porch!

A chilly but pretty closing day for this beautiful home on the lake! As of now, this is the only Hickory plan built in this section - sitting perfectly right on the water! It has excellent storage throughout the home, including a large walk-in pantry and the laundry room is located near the master bedroom which everyone is loving lately. We kept the selections neutral throughout the home but decided to add several upgrades, the most notable being LVP throughout the downstairs, a tile shower, a gas gourmet kitchen and a screen porch out back to enhance backyard living!

REMINDER: with the temperatures dropping be sure to cover your exterior faucets + have a drip on both hot water and cold water! The hot water drip will protect your tankless hot water heater and the cold drip will protect the rest of the pipes.

Also, if you lose power, where the inspectors let us put plugs on the tankless water heaters, you can run an extension cord from the plug into the 110vac outlet in your car and get hot water.

Our first closing of 2026 is also our first Dogwood plan built in The Lakes section of Lakes and Streams! This home is mostly finished out with standard features, with the additions of an extra bedroom (5 total!), extra bathroom (3.5 bath total!) and an additional parking pad. We love the earthy tones + all of the extra usable space added inside and out! Even better, the home was finished when the buyers found it, they didn’t have to stress over a single decision!

Cooper Place closing! This home is absolutely beautiful! I am not sure there is anything better than a classic stark white home with red brick and black accents. In fact, I love it so much I thought it was a great idea to carry the red brick and black accents into the interior of the home too. The wood accents do a good job balancing it all out and add warmth throughout. We especially love the wood ceiling the master. 😍 Of course we always try to have excellent storage space and the best kitchen layouts. This home knocks it out of the park.

The coolest thing though, is that these buyers were able to snag this specific house. They are moving here all the way from Texas to live RIGHT next door to their new grandbaby! What could be better?

Finishing out the month of June closing our first Juniper plan in this section! Right now it’s the only one in there and it’s so pretty! It has a light gray, blue and white color scheme carried throughout both the exterior and interior that gives it a fresh, clean and open feel throughout the entire home. We only did a couple of upgrades in here but you would never know it, it’s perfect! 😍
