What a beautiful day for a closing! 🍂

This home in Cooper Place sits nestled back on a deep and narrow lot with some big and beautiful trees giving the yard a different look than many new construction homes. We stuck to mostly neutral finishes throughout but included pops of green on two fun accent walls, cabinets, and some tile! Speaking of cabinets, there are SO many cabinets throughout, the amount of storage might be the best part of this home! The kitchen is spacious with an oversized island + glass cabinets over the windows, letting natural light in which we love! How pretty will that be with a couple plants and colorful pieces letting the sun shine through? The pantry has open shelving, drawers + pullouts and is finished off with beautiful wood tops. The laundry room cabinets are the prettiest deep green with plenty of countertop space on top of the storage options. The mud bench area offers a unique mixture of drawers, open shelving, and hidden storage for anything you may need as you’re walking in and out of the door. Then there is the master closet and it is a DREAM! Plenty of room to hang clothing, a custom island with a wood top, and an entire wall of shelving and drawers! 😍 On top of all of the storage space, the home itself is wide open, has a large screened in porch next to a beautiful patio area, and has a dedicated office! There is SO much good throughout this home!

Congratulations to the Hinson family, we hope you enjoy your new home for many years to come! 🏡

Introducing the Pine plan! This is a new one story plan we added several months back and the first one built in here! It is an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms downstairs + a bonus upstairs. We added a bath upstairs so there are 3 full baths. There are several upgrades in the home including extra lighting, LVP in the master, a gourmet gas kitchen, tile shower, and of course it sits on the lake! 😍 We love it!

Congratulations to the Driscoll family, we hope you enjoy your new home for years to come! 🏡

Another closing today on a home in The Lakes of Lakes and Streams! The buyers came in after this home (the Cypress plan!) was complete and found that it checked all of their boxes. Love when that happens! She said it felt like home the first time she walked in it! It’s a beautiful home with a gas stove, tile fireplace, tile shower, upgraded brick columns and maybe best of all, great neighbors (Justin and Chris!).

Congratulations to the Bostock family, we hope you enjoy your new home for years to come! 🏡

Masters week closing and it is the first Birch plan to close in this section! The buyers were able to come in after the home was finished, didn’t have to stress over a single selection and still ended up with a uniquely customized home! The yard is huge, full of azaleas (fitting for this week!), and perfect for a pool. 👀 It already has a screen porch to add to the perfect backyard living space and of course, the inside is finished out beautifully. Congratulations to Chris and Justin, we hope you enjoy your new home for years to come! 🌸🏡
