Another landscape renovation in River Island. The residence changed from Bermuda to zoysia. We added some river stone beds,landscape lighting and irrigation upgrades. Our next project will be on Washington Rd with a hotel. It will be a complete renovation before Masters..

It has been a very busy week at the Eaves residence. Renovation on an older landscape is always a challenge.
We started with resurfacing a nice garden path,and installing a 14’ October maple along with replanting an entire hillside with 7’ Hollie’s. Yesterday and today we built a large drainage area and installed 10’ Green Giant Arborvitae as a buffer. Looking forward to another week to finish the entire project.

Having a productive landscape season sometimes requires purchasing some new and productive tools.
We start out our 2026 season with a new dump trailer that will make projects and work flow more efficient and productive. Looking forward to putting this trailer to work in a few days….
