Main Water Line Replacement.

1" Pex line Sleeved(inside PVC pipe).
During Hurricane Helene, a few trees were plucked up and fell over a house. The tree roots destroyed the main water line coming from the city, so we are here doing our part in restoring water to this house.

🚨🚨When renovating your bathroom(installing new flooring), please pay attention to fl**ge height.🚨🚨

Proper fl**ge height is key to preventing leak paths. A best practice is to install the toilet fl**ge on top of the finished floor. If you install the toilet fl**ge flush with the finished floor, or even below the finished floor, leak paths will form, because the fl**ge won't be at the correct height to accept the horn at the bottom of the toilet.

Another leak from a polybutylene pipe 🤦.

**Polybutylene is a form of plastic resin that was used extensively in the manufacture of water supply piping from 1978 until 1995. These are typically gray or white in color with a dull finish.

So far, I have only seen them in mobile homes. Their average lifespan is 10 to 15 years.

If you have this kind of pipe in your house and it's giving you problems, give us a call for a free estimate for a complete re-pipe.

Call About a "LOOSE" Toilet!!! ‼️🚨

- Client called about their toilet being loose or wiggly.
-Toilet was not only "loose", but not properly secured to subfloor.
-Due to the toilet not being properly secured to subfloor, the toilet had been leaking for a while and the subfloor was rotten.
- Removed all the tiles from the bathroom, repaired the damaged subfloor, installed new tiles, and properly installed the toilet.

*🚨If you see or suspect a problem, don't wait!!! Give us a call. By taking care of the issue right away, it could save you a lot of money.
