Just a little mold won't hurt... right?

While this jack-o-lantern is just for fun, real property damage from mold is NOT fun.

Beautiful porch painting job done by the team!

Sometimes the prep work takes more time than the actual painting does but it's always worth it! 💪

Restoration isn't always easy. It takes long hours, difficult decisions, continued learning, and dedication to helping people through some of their most challenging circumstances.

We are proud of the work we do, grateful for the people who have trusted us, and thankful for every road that brought us here.

Super proud of the team of people I get to work with everyday! Couldn't go a day without you Amber, Kevin, Carolynn and Javi!! 🤩⭐️🎉

I will forever stand on the fact that nothing can destroy your home like water 💧‼️

The HVAC condensation like has broken at the turn and leaked all the way down into the interstitial cavity of the house.

An interstitial cavity is a concealed space between the walls where plumbing and hvac runs. It is a little hard to say. I struggle to say it right sometimes. Kinda like worscterschire (wash-your-sister) sauce!! 🤣

This one is going to be interesting and require us to do some exploring to find the complete path of the water damage and mold growth.

We get so busy in the field that I sometimes forget to post our work! Some jobs take weeks, while others are smaller fixes like this one.

A large gap around this HVAC vent allowed hot attic air to mix with the cold air from the duct, creating condensation, moisture, and eventually mold.

Easy fix! We removed and replaced the affected drywall, sealed the air gaps, cleaned the duct and vent, painted, and put everything back together. 🙌

And a quick reminder: **Run your bathroom exhaust fan during your shower and for at least an hour afterward!**

Thank you for choosing us :)
