CUBE 3 was proud to once again sponsor the Building Hope Through Homes Invitational, hosted by Landmark Properties, Inc. at Chateau Elan in Braselton, GA.

Keith Boyle and Brian O'Connor joined Aaron Stange, Senior Director, Land Acquisition & Sourcing at Landmark Properties and other industry colleagues for a day on the golf course in support of Habitat for Humanity and its enduring mission to help build stronger communities through access to safe, affordable housing.

The event raised $150,000 for Habitat for Humanity and demonstrated a commitment to making a positive social impact that includes supporting the communities where we live and work through both active social engagement and charitable giving. We’re always eager to support initiatives that bring our industry together for a meaningful cause and make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

Construction is officially underway on Sweetbird North as our team celebrated the official groundbreaking event in Miami’s Design District last week.

CUBE 3 is collaborating with Snøhetta on this eight-story, approximately 120,000-square-foot mixed-use development, which will bring roughly 22,500 square feet of ground-floor retail alongside flexible office space to one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

The building’s design is defined by a unique veil of coiled stainless-steel mesh that wraps the structural frame, paired with exposed concrete bays and cantilevered scalloped terraces that alternate in length and geometry from floor to floor. The layered façade creates an ever-changing presence, appearing almost transparent head-on and becoming more opaque from different angles as the light moves throughout the day.

Developed by Miami Design District Associates in partnership with Raycliff Capital, Sweetbird North marks an important addition to one of the most luxurious shopping corridors in the country. Congratulations to the entire team as Sweetbird North moves from vision to reality.

As part of our ongoing internal Construction Administration (CA) training initiative, members of our northeast team recently visited The Clayborn currently under construction in Medford, MA, providing a valuable opportunity for them to experience the project firsthand and deepen understanding of the coordination, detailing, and ex*****on involved in bringing a complex mixed-use development to life.

We had the opportunity to walk the team through the project, talk about design intent, share some of the challenges, and discuss lessons learned and decisions that have come up throughout construction. Seeing the drawings and details come together in the field provides a perspective that is difficult to get from behind a desk in the office, and that firsthand experience is an important part of developing our staff. Many thanks to Fred Johnson, Emilia Guzman, Kari Klingsporn, and Aaron Bancroft for coordinating the site tour and training.

The Clayborn will transform a 3.5-acre, underutilized parcel into a thoughtfully designed residential community featuring 283 apartment units, along with six townhomes. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, community room, movie lounge, makerspace workshop, golf simulator and putting green, work-from-home pods, bike repair station, pet spa and dog park, outdoor grills and ample green space, and a roof deck with skyline views.

🥫VOTE FOR CUBE 3! This past weekend our team were in Boston for build day! This year’s theme is “Fictional Worlds” and our can sculpture is titled "Ra-Can-Zel, Ra-Can-Zel, Let Down Your Hair!" — a 10-ft tall castle tower in a meadow next to a bubbling brook, where Ra-Can-Zel's golden flowing locks tumble from the upper window. The sculpture is constructed of 1,845 cans and 125 boxes food, which will all be donated to Merrimack Valley Food Bank at the conclusion of voting.

Not your average design-build competition, Canstruction brings teams from across the A/E/C community together to plan, design and build structures made entirely from canned goods. The results are always incredible to see, and the finished structures will be on display for three weeks, helping raise awareness about hunger in and around our community while supporting an important cause.

David brings more than 30 years of experience in architecture, with much of his career focused on contract administration throughout the Boston area and across Massachusetts and Connecticut. NOVO Riverside Commons on Baker Ave in Concord, Massachusetts has officially moved from plans to progress and CUBE 3’s Kari Klingsporn, Cassandra Cosma, Michele Quinn Littlefield, Brandon Eaton, and Cullen Ullo (pictured above L-R) recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate.

Developed by Ta**us Investment Holdings in partnership with L&G, NOVO Riverside Commons will soon be a new 201-unit multifamily community at 292–294 Baker Avenue. The project features two five-story residential buildings with amenity spaces, basement-level podium parking, and 25% affordable housing under Massachusetts Chapter 40B guidelines.

We’re happy to share that the project has received Phius Design Certification, incorporating high-performance strategies including on-site solar generation, geothermal HVAC, and highly efficient mechanical systems.

We look forward to seeing this project move from design into construction and watching NOVO Riverside Commons take shape in Concord.

Please join us in welcoming Daniela Pujala, our newest Project Coordinator based in our Miami office.

Daniela recently earned her master’s degree in architecture from Florida International University and has already passed two of the ARE licensing exams. Her approach to design focuses on creating thoughtful projects that respect the environment, respond to the needs of their communities, and evolve alongside the people they serve.

During her final year of graduate school, Daniela studied abroad in Genoa, Italy, an experience that further shaped her perspective on architecture and its lasting impact on communities.

We look forward to having her on our team!

Strong teams aren’t built only in meetings, they’re built in the time spent between them. As the season changes we want to reflect back over the summer as we were out and about enjoying a variety of activities that help build stronger relationships and enhance our company culture.

From solving puzzles together at , hitting the links at , happy hour at , to dinner at followed by some friendly competition at , watching the in Manchester, NH, and a night at to see the , with plenty of ice cream to go around, every outing was an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and have fun along the way.

The Fifth Miami Beach has been named a finalist in the South Florida Business Journal’s 2026 Structures Awards for Best Office/R&D Project. The annual awards recognize standout real estate projects and the teams behind them across South Florida.

Developed by Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners, the project was designed by renowned Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza in partnership with CUBE 3. The building’s distinctive jewel-box form, along with its carefully considered interior and exterior details, brings a new perspective to the modern office experience while adding a significant new architectural presence to Miami Beach. The project has been designed and planned in accordance with LEED Certification requirements to exceed LEED Gold classification.

Congratulations to the entire project team on this important recognition.
