We got some beautiful new photos of the renovated farmhouse as part of our Prickett Preserve project by ELU DeLuca. Located next to the retail portion of the overall development, the farmhouse has been updated and preserves the unique character of the area.

We'd like to congratulate our client, Community Investment Strategies - CIS Communities on winning the New Jersey Future
Smart Growth Awards 2026 for the project, The Place at Haddonfield. We are honored to have served as architect on the project which redeveloped a former municipal parking lot into 100% affordable housing within Haddonfield's historic downtown.

Congratulations to the entire project team and everyone who helped make this vision a reality!

Moore Avenue in the heart of Philadelphia, this uniquely designed corten clad mixed-use project brings a mix of market rate and affordable units to the area. Congrats to the entire design team on the completion of this great project!
