Are you physically strong, dependable, and ready for a hard day’s work? We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Foundation Repair Laborer to join our crew. This is a highly physical role that involves significant manual digging, crawling under homes and excavation to expose and repair foundations. If you take pride in hard work and want to grow with a solid team, apply today.

Job Description:
Perform heavy digging, trenching, and soil removal daily to expose foundations. Lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50–75+ lbs), including concrete, steel, and gravel. Safely use hand tools, power tools, jackhammers. Mix concrete, and ensure the job site is clean and organized at the end of each day.

Maintain a positive attitude and communicate clearly with the Crew Lead and teammates to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
