Meet the Team Tuesday!
👋 Meet Kent Sugg, President of Accent Glass Services!
Kent joined the team as Project Manager shortly after Randy Sugg opened Accent Glass Services in 2010. He became Vice President in 2018, later took on day-to-day operations, and stepped into the role of President in 2025.
Building on Randy’s foundation, Kent continues to lead with a focus on quality workmanship, lasting relationships, exceptional customer service, and empowering employees.
A few things you might not know about Kent:
🎂 Fun fact: “I’m a leap year baby! Every four years, we celebrate my ‘real’ birthday with a themed party—from Ninja Turtles and Mario Kart to Power Rangers for my 10th/40th!”
🏈 Beyond the glass: “I have a calling to coach.” Kent’s coaching experience includes 13 years of youth football, along with youth baseball, basketball, and most recently, travel softball.
