The damage was on the surface. The problem wasn't.

A drain pipe under this office floor. When it gave out, the rust expanded enough to crack the concrete slab from below — and the floor on top started to sink.
What looked like a damaged carpet was actually a failed pipe. So that's where we went.

We broke out the affected concrete, cut and replaced the corroded section of drain line, poured the slab back, and reinstalled the carpet. From the surface, there's no trace of what happened below.

One frozen sprinkler line is all it takes

A fire sprinkler line froze and burst, and the water forced us into this conference room to open the walls and ceiling, dry the structure properly, and rebuild it back to the way it was. The space was in good shape before the burst; our job was to make sure it stayed that way after.
