Quick thinking, teamwork, and a willingness to step up in critical moments can make a lasting impact far beyond the job site.

After unexpectedly discovering a serious vehicle accident, Jonah Odell and Blake Lambert with Region 5 immediately stopped to provide critical first aid to the injured driver until emergency responders arrived. Their calm response and teamwork under pressure reflected the strong safety culture carried throughout our crews every day.
