Acrylic over oil? That’s a hard no. 🚫

I did the paint test and this door had a layer of acrylic paint, so I used acrylic to paint over the white. Well the video explains what happened.

Oil paint stays flexible while acrylic dries hard and fast. Paint acrylic over oil, and sooner or later you’ll be dealing with cracks, peeling, and regret.

Remember: Acrylic first. Oil second. Never the other way around. Don’t make the same mistake as me! 😉

My new completely custom bench! I found this fabric and fell in love with it and needed to find something to use it on. I then realized a what this space was missing!! A bench, but a completely upholstered bench. I couldn’t find what I wanted so we made it! It’s sturdy, it’s comfy, and it’s pretty!! 🤩 Fabricut
