Our favorite project is always the next one. ➡

While it may be nice to stop and appreciate a finished project, our Project Managers know that materials need to be ordered and plans need to be studied for the next build. It can be a lot to keep up with, but having a dedicated TLW PM on the job keeps things on schedule and without cutting corners. ✨

Meet Jonathan Lopez - Project Manager 🧱

Jonathan brings a strong technical foundation to TLW Turnkey Masonry’s project management team. An Atlanta native, he initially pursued architecture, completing four years of engineering coursework that gave him a solid grounding in CAD and technical problem-solving. Working alongside his father on side projects shifted his focus, where he found he preferred bringing plans to life as a project manager rather than designing them.

Jonathan’s path includes five years at Chipotle, advancing from crew member to manager, followed by a Project Engineer role at AVCON after earning his associate’s degree in Project Management from Gwinnett Technical College in 2024. Most recently, he worked as a project engineer for a general contractor serving Southwest Airlines before joining TLW as a Project Manager, on a referral from colleague and brother Christian.
