Check out this Kitchen Makeover in Rancho Cucamonga completed by Jon Portillo

We completely removed everything, took down the ceiling bulkhead, repaired ceiling, installed vinyl plank flooring, white shaker kitchen cabinets with hardware, quartz countertops with backsplash, added matching pantry cabinet, stainless steel appliances (notice the new style slide in range), stainless single bowl farmhouse sink (which required customization to kitchen sink base cabinetry), retrofit windows and recessed lighting.

Roof repair on a leaky tile roof

Customer had lots of water damaged drywall at master bedroom ceiling and at skylight near stairway.

We lifted up the tiles in the area at both locations, replaced broken tiles and replaced underpayment, as needed!

A longtime customer called upon us when his tenant noticed damage in a kitchen cabinet at his home in Eastvale.

Jon Portillo was able to open up the drywall and locate the leak, make repair to copper piping, repair drywall and repair water damage to top of cabinetry.

We completed removal of the existing shower and made a custom shower pan and installed new drain, shower fixture, tile on shower walls and mosaic tile on the shower floor. You can also see that we made a custom inset soap box and installed a frameless shower door.

Complete subfloor replacement. Whoever installed this toilet didn't know what they were doing and ended up costing the homeowner big time! When we were called out, we had to remove the entire subfloor as it was completely wet and damaged.

Another custom project ... Seller’s door 🚪 was damaged and needed one of them replaced but as you see, the door frame is arched... no problem!

Jon Portillo of Inland’s Best custom cut the door with a 3-1/2” angle and hung the matching door into the existing frame.
