Hey everyone! Sorry it’s been so long since we’ve made a post!! We’ve been straight out wrapping up this Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)!!
14x28 1 bed 1 bath, with a spacious cathedral ceiling living/dining room! We’ve been building this with the help of New Leaf Carpentry, for a new business we will be working more with in the future, called Cushing Cottage Company!!
A lot of towns in the Midcoast Maine area are offering grants up to $10,000 to go towards building an ADU on your property! If you live in an HOA but are still interested, don’t fret, because new state laws will supersede HOA codes and rules in most cases!!

Been a busy fall, haven’t had time to make many posts! But we did a wonderful trunk or treat this Halloween Best Child care facility. Around 150 kids with their parents came through the loop of many trunks!
As winter is approaching and everyone’s settling in for the season, it’s never too early to start thinking about late winter/ early spring work!

Full bedroom remodel. From musty attic, to gorgeous extra bedroom. Customer had old barn boards that we turned into trim, custom storage door, and crown molding! Also, custom designed closet featuring; center bookshelf, different height hanging rods, and extra shelves!
