This was a fun one to work on. The client was looking to add to their home, but also increase and liven their interior spaces and bolster the feel of their shared spaces in the kitchen and den addition. With interior spaces, a lot of detail-oriented design is needed when laying out and populating the space to make it feel as human as possible. We want our clients to be able to envision themselves in their new home just by looking at our work!

Even the smallest changes can make the biggest differences!

In addition to needing to be updated for code compliance, a new set of stairs was needed in place of the existing metal & wood set to make it easier for the client’s elderly mother to access her second-story apartment. And just in time for a summer of leaving the apartment for the water views down the street!

With a major upgrade needed, the addition of a second story with a covered exterior deck provided much needed extra space for this home while also maximizing the views of the Connecticut River. I also love the look of the weathered shingles on this one!!

We’re virtual too!
Really want to showcase a project or excite a client? In addition to still rendered images, we can also create 360° panoramas so you or your client can get a full-scale sense of the design.

Whether it be through VR services or another viewer, these panos allow for viewers to get a life-like feel for their new homes, as if they’re standing in them!

This home, located in Downtown Essex, was to be renovated with a multi-story addition adding an expanded kitchen on the first floor and a new master bedroom on the second.

Being located in a downtown area, this was a fun project to work through and render as we wanted the rendered environment to match the existing so the clients could fully visualize their new home as accurately as possible, neighbors and all.

Photoshop coming in real handy!

For this project, a new three-story addition to the northern portion of the house was meant to fit seamlessly with the original form of the home.

We constructed their home and the design in 3D and conducted a material study to determine what material siding out of:
🏠 Painted Cedar Shingles
🏠 Weathered Cedar Shingles
🏠 Horizontal Vinyl Siding
would be most aesthetically pleasing while still lending a sense of harmony between the addition and original home.

Sometimes even the smallest differences can make a project that much better!
