I haven’t posted since JUNE 🙈

We bought a rare 3 acres with this beautiful oak tree in Nixa just off Highway 14 on Highland Drive. The spec house will be a 2500 sq foot single level 4 bed 2 bath. It’s a new house plan for us. We built it summer 2025 and it sold before we completed. Let me just say “laundry/mud room, connected to master bath, connected to master closet” and 🙌🏼 you never leave the hardwood 👣 and 🧺 is a 🫰🏼(laundry is a snap - me with the emojis 😅)

We still have 145 Blazing Star for sale in Nixa. or can assist. It’s a 2100 sq foot single level 4 bed 2 bath.

What a long winter! We’re back in Nixa for 3 homes in 2025. First house is 1139 S Gregg Road. This is 1.8 miles from Nixa High School. 3.2 acres in Christian County just outside of Nixa City limits. It doesn’t get any more convenient if you want the best of city and county amenities. Will be listing with at soon.

Happy Thanksgiving! The market is never consistent, it ebbs and flows, much like my posting on the socials 🥲. After weeks of zero activity, we closed one last week and worked a deal last night at Whiskey Tango Wild Turkey Wednesday 🦃 with the A-team We are grateful for every contract, but this one feels extra special. 🤎🏠🤎
