This is what happens when you let bleach/water dry on your wood surface. Notice the "white haze".
You should ALWAYS work an area that you can keep wet until you can rinse it off!!
By the way, you need a detergent mixed in with the bleach. Such as 'TSP/Bleach/Water' (Do NOT use TSP Free); 'Siding Wash' or 'Oxacylic Acid'. Bleach-alone- does NOT clean surfaces!
