MicroLink Devices, Inc. MicroLink Devices specializes in the design and manufacture of III-V epitaxial material for cell phones, wireless devices, and solar cells and panels.

Welcome to our page. MicroLink Devices' expertise is in the design and manufacture of III-V epitaxial material that is commonly found in today's mobile and smartphones. We also have developed a unique flexible solar cell technology that is highly efficient and lightweight. Our solar technology has been applied to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and has been used for personal remote power generation, thereby opening up new applications and capabilities not possible with conventional thin film solar cell technologies.
