⭐️🏠Project Spotlight: Woodland Heights | Hopkinsville, Kentucky

REB Architects provided design services and construction administration for this KHC project, with renovations focused on enhancing accessibility, modernizing building systems, and improving the property's overall functionality.

The renovation included items such as:
- Accessibility improvements throughout the site
- Updated HVAC systems with modern mini-splits
- Upgraded electrical service
- New plumbing fixtures throughout the units

Woodland Heights also offers a variety of amenities for residents, including playgrounds, a community room, picnic area, and laundry facilities.

We were excited to attend the Woodland Heights ribbon cutting and celebrate this milestone with the project team and the Hopkinsville community. With the renovation complete, tenants have begun moving into their newly improved homes!

Thank you to Allied Argenta, the project’s developer, and Hayes Gibson Property Services, the property management company, for their partnership throughout the project. We’re proud to have been part of this renovation and to see Woodland Heights continue to serve the Hopkinsville community!

We’re excited to share that REB Architects is now certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) in Kentucky! 🎉

This certification is an exciting milestone for our firm, and we’re proud to continue expanding opportunities to serve our clients and communities.

We’re also currently exploring national WBE certification as we look toward expanding this recognition beyond Kentucky.
