Troy set out to establish a high-end residential construction company that applied the same quality standards that were hallmarks of his commercial construction company that has over 40 years of experience. He found that too often residential projects sacrificed quality and attention to detail to speed and “fattening the bottom line.” Troy wanted to introduce a fresh approach that emphasized qual
ity, offering extra amenities that come “standard” in every home, and a concentration on customer service. To achieve these goals, Troy recruited a team of likeminded individuals who take great pride in their work and view each home as an extension of themselves. Every BetterBuilt team member is steadfast in their commitment to making every home live up to our company name, “BetterBuilt”. BetterBuilt is actively constructing high-end homes along the Emerald Coast. BetterBuilt is the exclusive builder in the 47-lot development in Grayton Beach called the Village at Grayton.
