When the primary bedroom comes with a view like this… 👀🌴

Overlooking the pool and outdoor living space, this room was designed to feel like its own little retreat. Because sometimes the best view in the house should be the one you wake up to🍋‍🟩

If you’re going to pay to paint the trim… why paint it white? 👀

That was the thought behind the blue trim throughout this Watersound Origins custom, and it’s one of the details that gives this home so much personality. Proof that sometimes stepping outside the “standard” is what makes a home feel completely your own.

The first 35 homesites in The Gallery are dropping soon. 👀🏡

The newest gated phase of Watersound Origins is getting closer—and with oversized homesites and the opportunity to choose your own builder, this is your chance to create something truly custom from the ground up.

If The Gallery has been on your radar, now is the time to start planning. We’d love to help you choose the right homesite, design a home around the way you want to live, and make the building process just as enjoyable as the finished product.
