Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, Kurt York‼️

Kurt has been a tremendous leader when it comes to safety, consistently setting the standard for his crew and reinforcing the importance of working safely every day. He takes ownership of conducting quality toolbox talks, ensuring they are completed regularly and used as an opportunity to keep safety at the forefront of every project. His commitment to safety goes beyond paperwork. Kurt leads by example, making sure his crews are working safely, wearing the proper PPE, and following safe work practices on the jobsite. He understands that safety is about protecting our team and making sure everyone goes home to their families at the end of the day.

In addition to his safety leadership, Kurt does an excellent job keeping his crew organized, reminding team members to submit their timesheets each week and helping keep operations running smoothly. No matter the challenge, he brings a positive attitude and a team-first mindset to work every day. Thank you, Kurt, for your dedication to safety, leadership, and the Millennium team. Meet Tony 👋

Tony got his start in construction about 10 years ago as a company’s “fuel boy,” traveling to different jobsites and filling up the crews’ vehicles. Five years later, he joined the laborers union and got into pipe and blacktop work.

He says Millennium stands out because of how warm and welcoming the environment is. The crews are patient, willing to teach the new guys, and the company stays organized and structured with a clear chain of command. This year, Tony is most proud of the birth of his healthy baby girl, Carmela ❤️

His favorite part about working at Millennium is the people and the opportunity to work plenty of hours and overtime. Tony is from the North Tonawanda and Wheatfield area, and his favorite place to travel is Naples, FL. Fun fact, Tony loves fishing and spends a couple nights a week fishing in the Lower Niagara River.

Congratulations to our April Employee of the Month, Alec Loveless! 👏🎉

This past month, Alec has really put his head down and started to grind for Millennium. He’s shown great growth and dedication, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. He’s been getting strong feedback across the board from leadership, coworkers, and customers for his positive attitude and work ethic.

Alec is also extremely reliable and never hesitates to step up, including taking on weekend work when needed. He’s proving himself to be someone the team can count on day in and day out.
