🚨 WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY – SNOW EXPECTED 🚨
In addition to the dangerously cold temperatures, a Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect for our area.
❄️ Lake effect snow is expected, with 3–6 inches of additional accumulation possible in the most persistent bands.
⚠️ Slippery road conditions are likely and could impact morning and evening commutes.
📍 Areas affected include Niagara County, Northern Erie County, and surrounding regions.
Please take extra precautions if you need to be out:
• Allow extra travel time
• Drive slowly and cautiously
• Stay off the roads if you don’t have to travel
Our team will continue monitoring conditions closely and will be out as needed to help keep properties safe and accessible. As always, your safety comes first.
Stay warm, stay safe, and check on your neighbors if you can. 💙

⚠️ Cold Weather Advisory – Stay Safe & Warm ⚠️
A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for Western New York from 7 PM tonight through 10 AM Friday. Wind chills are expected to drop as low as 24° below zero, creating dangerous conditions in a very short amount of time.
❄️ What this means:
• Frostbite can occur on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes
• Risk of hypothermia increases rapidly
• Hazardous conditions for anyone spending time outdoors
🧤 Please take precautions:
• Limit time outside if possible
• Dress in layers and cover exposed skin
• Check on elderly neighbors, family members, and pets
• If you must travel or be outdoors, use extreme caution
Our team is out working through these conditions, and safety is our top priority — for our crew and our community. Stay warm, stay safe, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
