What a review!!! ">70 years family owned home with larger, semi furnished basement, no prior water issues, and lots of possessions. Niagara County's 2x record rainfalls and I had 5" of water the night of 8/2. I called 716 about midnight and spoke with Annette. Clearly was multi-tasking calls, and much more. She was empathetic, professional and just amazing (start to job end) 716 was my 1st and only call r/t her. Next am rep here, then they had flood home inspector come who educated me on work needed, the why - more. Established cause area, solution. Same day had his review, then agreed upon work contract with 716. A large job, was scheduled for the next week - BUT Annette understood my panic r/t my inability in the meantime to salvage and remove things. 2 days after their first here, a dumpster was delivered and 2, 716 Co staff showed. They knew what to do, spent all day helping to bring up items, I could sort - also brought out much to dispose of. They set up many lg dehumidifiers which remained until entire job was done over a week later. Annette finding a way to bring those two here that soon after - helped me salvage and save many items. Now a week later, days of work done. I can't begin to express my gratitude.
Never faced with a home disaster, without flood insurance, the initial grief and panic, then ... informed, q's answered.. It was amazing! So thankful for Annette, and all the workers who helped me from 716 Cleanup and Restoration"
