WR Builders is expanding our office team!

We are looking to hire an Administrative / Accounting Assistant to support our growing construction and design-build company.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with numbers, documents, vendors, and internal team communication.

Responsibilities may include:
-Supporting day-to-day office operations
-Assisting with invoices, bills, payments, and purchase orders
-Organizing project documents and vendor information
-Communicating with clients, vendors, and team members
-Helping maintain records in our systems
-Supporting the accounting and management team as needed

Experience with construction administration, QuickBooks, Buildertrend, or similar systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and ready to grow with our company.
