Reflecting on Construction Inclusion Week and this year’s theme — Opening Doors, Building a Workplace for Everyone.
At Chapman, we open doors through our outreach efforts including community engagement, career outreach, career fairs, co-ops and more.
Over the Summer, we volunteered with Mass Audubon to provide educational programming to 24 student interns in the Cathleen Stone Island Green Ambassador program. This program offers Boston high school students the opportunity to participate in a paid internship maintaining and preserving the trails and ecosystems of the Boston Harbor Islands.
Opening doors isn’t a one-week effort — it’s the work we do all year long. Thank you to our team and to Mass Audubon for helping us invest in the next generation of builders. Let’s keep building the inclusive culture that makes Chapman a great place to work!
