Who knew a GI appointment could look this good?

We're excited to share that our construction of Gastroenterology Consultants' new 10,000 sf space for endoscopy and consultation services was recently featured in New England Real Estate Journal, High-Profile, and CityBiz.

It was a pleasure to work alongside Hardaway|Sziabowski Architects, Buro Happold, and Celera Properties to help create a more comfortable patient experience.

Huge congrats to our team of ten Chapman riders who tackled 182 miles over 2 days in last weekend’s Pan-Mass Challenge.

They rode through heat and sun in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and along the way, were reminded again and again why this ride matters: for every patient fighting cancer, and every family fighting for a cure.

This year, our team raised over $81,000, which brought our lifetime fundraising total to nearly $250,000 since we started riding together four years ago.

To our riders, all the volunteers, our donors and sponsors, and everyone whose story keeps us pedaling, thank you!

Chapman 🤝 Chapman

Last Thursday, our team spotted Boston Red Sox pitcher Aroldis Chapman near our office in Newton when he and his girlfriend noticed the Chapman sign on our building.

Chapman stopped and chatted with our team and even signed one of our hard hats!

The day prior, he had secured his milestone save during the Sox's 15th consecutive win, closing out a 6-3 victory against the Baltimore Orioles at Fenway.

Game recognizes game.

👟 Just in time for their first summer camp sessions of the season, our team recently made a donation of over 30 pairs of brand new shoes to Girls at Work, Inc.!

Based in Manchester, NH, Girls at Work offers programs that empower young girls to build confidence, strength, and resilience through learning how to build. Beyond their core programs, they maintain a Kindness Room, which our team was proud to support.

We're grateful for the opportunity to engage with an organization doing such meaningful work in our community and empowering the next generation.

🎤 Our Director of Sustainability, John Hyde, presented alongside Sheldon Pennoyer of SP Architects and Amanda Littleton of Monadnock Conservancy at the New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility Spring Conference to talk about unlocking climate impact through local supply chains, transparent data, and intentional resources.

🔄 We hosted a U.S. Green Building Council - New Hampshire Chapter (USGBC-NH) Roundtable at our Manchester, NH office to dig into deconstruction, salvage, and circularity, and how the industry can make these standard practices.

📣 Coming up: John Hyde will be speaking at Advancing Construction Decarbonization in Denver, CO, later in July on data reporting pathways.

We're thrilled to announce our selection for the build-out of Akebia Therapeutics' new headquarters in Waltham.

The updated 43,000 SF of office space and laboratory facilities will support Akebia's continued growth and innovation in developing therapies for people living with kidney disease and other serious conditions.

We look forward to delivering this phased project alongside BXP, Inc. and Stantec.
