City access. Backyard escape.

It’s hard to believe a setting like this exists in the middle of Newton. A sprawling rear deck built for entertaining, surrounded by privacy and greenery, with enough space to make the backyard feel like its own private oasis.

Morning coffee, summer dinners, game days, or a house full of friends and family — this is the kind of outdoor space that becomes an extension of the home.

And the best part? You’re just minutes from Boston, the Mass Pike, and everything the city has to offer.

Close to everything. Feels a world away.

One of the things that makes this property so special—beyond the design and craftsmanship—is the incredible location.

Minutes from Boston College, with easy access to the Mass Pike and just a short trip into downtown Boston, you get the feel of a beautiful residential neighborhood without giving up the convenience of the city.

Great architecture. Great location. And a lot more to come.

Taking shape.

Windows are in, exterior trim is underway, and we’re getting close to closing up the exterior. A lot of the work happening at this stage won’t be obvious once the house is finished—but getting the details right now is what makes the difference in the final product.

Excited to see this one continue to come together.

Details starting to take shape.

Exterior trim going up and getting this one ready for the roof. Always one of my favorite stages of a build—when the rooflines and character of the house start to come together.

More to come…
