Last week was a busy week for the Quartz Modular team!
This 9,000 square foot office building was a 10-box set, which the team completed with two active set days and a lot of pre-planning. They pre-staged all ten boxes in advance, and two cranes were scheduled back to back so the set days could run start to finish without losing time. Rain (badly needed across WNC) moved in early in the week. Even so, the team coordinated around the weather and stayed on schedule.
We were deeply honored to set this project for Kituwah which is wholly owned by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. Kituwah's mission is to create or acquire profitable and sustainable businesses and investments that provide substantial opportunities for the EBCI.
This building is much-needed office space for Kituwah's team, who are guided by the principle that when opportunity is Tribal-owned, the benefits return home. Kituwah invests, launches, and operates businesses that protect sovereignty, generate revenue, and expand opportunity, so future generations inherit more than what was given.
A testament to this guiding principle: the modules you see here were built in the Cardinal Homes factory, which is also owned by Kituwah.
A big thank you to Kituwah for the trust placed in our team, and a big thank you to the Quartz Modular crew who worked together to make this set a success!
