🔨 The Details You Don’t See Matter.

Before a door ever gets installed, properly preparing the opening is critical. Here, we’re using flashing tape around the door opening to create a continuous barrier against water intrusion.

Proper flashing helps:
💧 Keep rain and moisture out of the wall system

🪵 Protect framing and subfloor from rot and deterioration

🏠 Reduce the risk of mold and hidden water damage

⏳ Extend the life of the door and surrounding structure

Entry-level construction laborers typically assist with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and supporting skilled trades while learning the construction process.

Position: Entry-Level Construction Laborer

📍 East Tennessee

Responsibilities:

✔ Assist with residential and commercial construction projects
✔ Load, unload, and move materials
✔ Site cleanup and organization
✔ Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided)
✔ Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades
✔ Follow all safety procedures and jobsite requirements

Requirements:

👷‍♂️ Reliable transportation
👷‍♂️ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
👷‍♂️ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
👷‍♂️ Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
👷‍♂️ Construction experience is a plus but not required
👷‍♂️ Must be able to pass drug test
