Remember this one? 👀

A few months ago, we shared an early exterior rendering of this custom home and asked for your thoughts. Here's where the design landed!

With selections kicking off in the next couple of weeks, we're looking forward to bringing all these details together with our homeowners. Which space are you most excited to see us bring to life? 😍

It's the details that make a difference ✨

At Joshua One, we believe thoughtful design should come standard. That's why we take shower tile all the way to the ceiling and incorporate 8-foot-tall frameless glass shower doors and panels to align with the height of interior doors.

These are the kinds of details we build into our homes from the start, creating a more seamless, elevated look throughout.

Your dream home doesn't always start with an empty lot.

For this project, we helped our clients find and secure a beautiful property in a neighborhood they loved, but the existing home wasn't the right fit.

Rather than compromising, we designed a custom home that makes the most of the property while creating a home tailored to the way they live.
