FALL IS HERE… AND SO ARE THE STINK BUGS! 🍂

The cooler weather in Virginia means one thing — stink bugs are on the hunt for a cozy place to spend the winter! 🏡

As temperatures drop, these pesky insects start making their way toward homes, sneaking through small cracks, windows, and doors to escape the cold.

DID YOU KNOW?
Stink bugs get their name from the unpleasant odor they release when they feel threatened or are crushed!
While they may be harmless to people, nobody wants a house full of unwanted guests this fall!

🍁 Keep the fall pests outside where they belong! National Exterminating is here to help you stay one step ahead of seasonal pest problems. Give us a call at 757-599-3621 for more information on keeping these pests out!

Whether your home has a crawlspace or slab foundation, termites can be there. Know the signs and catch activity early! 👀

October 1st means spooky season is officially here! 🕷️🎃

And while spiders might be great at building webs, we’d rather keep those webs off your home. Spider brushing is a simple but useful way to remove spider webs, egg sacs, and the spiders hanging around exterior areas of your home.

A clean sweep can go a long way toward keeping those eight-legged visitors from settling in. 🕸️

They may look like they’re having the time of their lives, but that’s exactly what we want to see! The ants are attracted to the bait, take it back to the colony, and help us target the problem at the source. 🐜
