Nothing means more than a client who calls us back. 🀝

That kind of trust doesn't happen by accident. You show up prepared, you do the work right, and you treat people well. Every time.

Ready to make us your go-to crew?

The rig doesn't clock out when the sun starts to drop. πŸŒ‡

Big iron, a long boom, and a crew still dialed in at golden hour. Some jobs run long β€” and the standard doesn't change with the light.

Safe + Sound Week (Aug 10–16) starts tomorrow β€” and lifts like this are exactly why it matters.

Setting a unit on an occupied building leaves zero room for improvisation: load calcs, rigging specs, swing path, and spotters on the ground, all planned before the crane sets up. Safety isn't the thing that slows a job down. It's the thing that lets it go right the first time.

Here's to a safe week β€” and a safe rest of the year. 🚧

Big steel. One clean pick. πŸ—οΈ

Setting a fabricated span like this comes down to the setup β€” the right crane, an engineered rigging plan, and a crew that reads the site before the boom ever comes up. That's our Grove out of Newport News doing what it does best.

Got a heavy or oversized lift on the calendar? Let's plan it right.

August in Hampton Roads means heat, humidity, and long days on the jobsite. For our crew, that means one thing: slow down, hydrate, and look out for each other.

Heat is a hazard like any other. We build breaks, water, and shade into the plan the same way we plan a lift. Because no job is worth a heat illness.

Stay safe out there this summer. 🌞

Large tree removal isn't just a chainsaw job. When a tree is too tall, too close to a structure, or too heavy to drop safely, it becomes a rigging problem. 🌲🏑πŸͺš

That's where we come in. Our crews support tree removal teams with precision rigging to control how sections come down, careful crane maneuvering around tight residential and commercial sites, and aerial lifts that put laborers exactly where they need to be in the canopy. Add in the project management to coordinate timing and site safety, and a tree job runs like any other lift.

Big trees, tight spaces, controlled outcomes. Need to take down a large tree, but don’t know where to start? Now you do. Give us a call or send us an email to get a quote.

Shoutout to Scott and our office team for turning a "let us see what we can do" into a same-day solution for Lynn.

"I normally don't write reviews but I normally don't have companies that respond as well as this company." - Lynn M.

Fast, responsive, dependable. That's what we aim for on every call. Thank you, Lynn, for trusting HRCR.

Before our crew and equipment show up on a job site, a lot of work has already happened.

Project management is the piece that ties everything together, coordinating equipment, crew, permits, and timelines so the actual lift day goes exactly as planned. It's less visible than the crane itself, but it's often what makes the difference between a job that runs on schedule and one that doesn't. πŸ‘·β€β™‚οΈπŸ“ˆπŸ“

It's the part of the process clients don't always see, but always benefit from.

A 1,000 lb cooling tower fan doesn't come down or go back up on its own.

Our crew brought in a 30 ton hydraulic crane and one operator to handle the replacement for Canon USA, setting a fan of that size back into place with the mechanical precision needed to keep the rest of the tower's operation undisturbed.

Mechanical jobs like this one are a regular part of what we do.
