🏠 **READY TO BUILD? OR READY TO MOVE ON FROM A PROPERTY?**

**O’B Construction** is expanding our residential division — from **custom new home construction** to **residential redevelopment and property acquisition.**

🔨 **BUILDING A NEW HOME?**
From the ground up, we build custom homes designed around how you want to live.

🏚️ **OWN A PROPERTY THAT’S BECOME A PROBLEM?**
We’re looking for homes and properties with potential — including:

• Outdated or distressed homes
• Major repair or renovation needs
• Inherited properties
• Vacant properties
• Tax-delinquent properties
• Pre-foreclosure situations
• Properties owners simply want to move on from

We can **purchase properties directly for cash**, redevelop them, and bring them back to life — without you having to spend thousands fixing them first.

**NO PERFECT HOUSE REQUIRED. WE SEE THE POTENTIAL.**

📲 Have a property? Thinking about building? Let’s talk.
