We threw a spook-tacular Halloween party and haunted house building comp this week and we're dying to share the haunted houses. Also our office's coordinated a costume contest - everyone dressed as Paul Criner, because why not? 😂 Hope you get a kick out of it! Happy Halloween!!

It's perfect weather to enjoy the backyard! The sun is shining brightly, the birds are singing their sweet melodies, and the gentle breeze is rustling the leaves. It's the ideal day to fire up the grill and grab a cold drink. Enjoy the space you live in!

Take a look at this Aging-in-Place bathroom. The lower vanity can have the doors removed and it will become a roll under vanity, and the bathroom will be fully wheel chair accesible. Criner Remodeling owners and deisgners are Certified Aging In Place Specialists CAPS

This morning I got the privilege to attend a breakfast to benefit Peake Childhood Center with our neighborhood partners Amber Lempke (head of Primrose School of Yorktown) and Paul Criner (of Criner Remodeling).

It was amazing hearing the stories and learning about this local organization doing such good work and helping our local community, and to be able to support them in all they do!

With locations in Hampton and Newport News, Peake Childhood Center is a private nonprofit with a fully licensed facility, serving children from 6 weeks old to age 5 from Peninsula families of all backgrounds and income levels. They are accredited by the National Association of the Education for Young Children (NAEYC) which is the gold standard for early childhood programs. Additionally, they have the highest rating in Hampton in the Virginia Quality Program.
