A successful padel club requires more than great courts.

It requires the right team.

Typical staffing often includes:
• Club Manager
• Head Coach
• Coaching Staff
• Front Desk / Hospitality
• Facility Maintenance

Two roles are especially important:

The Head Coach drives programming, player development, coaching quality, leagues, clinics, and overall activity on the courts.

The Club Manager is responsible for operations, customer experience, memberships, staff coordination, and the day-to-day performance of the club.

We’ve seen that many of the most important operational decisions are made long before opening day.
