At Balt Group’s new Irvine office, connections are designed into the everyday moments. The open stair anchors the space, while a planted seating nook beneath it gives teams a spot to pause, collaborate, or just catch up between meetings. Paired with exposed structure and industrial finishes, the design keeps Balt's forward-thinking identity visible at every turn.
