Progress continues at Newnan City Church, and this one is really starting to come together.

The exterior is taking shape, the roof is on, masonry is well underway, and the character of the building is becoming much easier to see.

There is still plenty of work ahead, both inside and across the site, but milestones like this make it fun to look back at how far the project has come.

We’re proud to be building a space that will serve this church and its community for years to come.

Some of the most impressive parts of 57 East are eventually going to disappear completely. 👀

Crews are installing the underground stormwater detention system, an important piece of infrastructure designed to collect and manage stormwater beneath the development while keeping the surface available for everything planned above.

Once 57 East is complete, most people walking or driving across the site will never know a system of this scale is underneath them.

Construction is pretty cool before we cover everything up. 😎

Early morning pour complete at Atlanta Brick Co.! 👏

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes before the first truck ever arrives, and mornings like this are a great reminder of the teamwork it takes to keep a project moving.

Thank you to our crews, trade partners, and drivers for the early start and another job well done!

We’re excited to keep watching this one take shape. 🏗️

More progress taking shape at 57 East. 👷

Crews are installing the retaining wall as site development continues, helping establish the grades and infrastructure that will support what comes next.

There is still plenty happening below the surface and behind the scenes, but every week the future of 57 East becomes a little easier to see.

Follow along as we continue building Downtown Newnan’s next gathering place.

Last week, we broke ground on 57 East downtown Newnan's newest mixed-use development, transforming the former Caldwell Tanks site into a vibrant hub of food, shopping, and boutique apartments. Proud to help shape the future of a city we call home. 🏗️

Four years ago, Tom had an idea. 15 guys showed up. Something special was born.
This October, B.E.E.R. — Best Ever Endurance Race — returns to Newnan Country Club with 60 participants, seven challenges, and one big mission: supporting the Coweta Samaritan Clinic right here in our community.

We're so grateful for everyone who's made this event what it is. Sponsorships are available now at beer4good.org. Let's make Year 4 the best one yet. 🍺

One of our favorite parts of the job. 🤍 We recently hosted a congregation walkthrough so the members of Newnan City Church could see their new home taking shape. Watching people experience the space for the first time, even mid-construction, never gets old.
