Best of Coweta 2026. We're still proud of this one.

But an award doesn't keep water out of your house. So a month later we're doing the same thing that earned it. Climbing roofs and treating every house like it's our momma's.

Storm season's here and the calls are picking up. Trees coming down, leaks showing up after all this rain. If your roof took a hit, the company Coweta County voted the best is right here in Newnan, ready to take a look.

26 years in this county. We're not the type to coast on a ribbon. We'll keep working for it.

πŸ“ž (770) 254-8999 if you need us.

This is what two weeks of rain can do.

All that water soaked the ground until it couldn't hold the tree anymore. It came down and went straight through the roof. The shingles are gone and there's a hole through the decking and into the house.

We see this every storm season. The ground gets soft, roots lose their grip, and a tree that stood for years finally lets go. Doesn't take a tornado. Just enough rain and enough weight.

If this ever happens to you, do not climb up there to look. Get everyone out from under that part of the house and call a roofer who can tarp it fast. The longer that hole sits open in the rain, the more water runs down into your ceilings and walls.

We handle damage like this across Newnan, Coweta County, and Fayette County. We get a cover on it the same day when we can, then make it solid again. Tree damage is usually a covered insurance claim too, and we document every bit of it for you.

26 years doing this. When a tree comes through your roof, you want somebody who's already seen it a hundred times.

It's rained almost every day for two weeks now. No big storms, no flooding. Just steady rain that never gives anything a chance to dry out.

That's when leaks like to show up. A roof can take a hard storm and dry off after. It's the constant wet that works into the weak spots and finds a way in. Slow soaking rain like this is one of the most common causes of roof damage we see.

You don't need to get on a ladder to catch it early. Walk through the house and look up at your ceilings. New brown spots, water stains, or bubbling paint mean water is getting in somewhere.

Grab a flashlight and check the attic too. Damp insulation, dark streaks on the wood, or a musty smell all point to a leak overhead.

Next time it's pouring, glance at your gutters from the ground. If water is spilling over the side instead of running down the spout, that overflow can back up under your shingles.

See any of that? Don't wait for it to dry out and forget about it. A slow leak around Newnan or anywhere in Coweta County will rot the decking and grow mold quicker than folks expect.

We've spent 26 years on roofs around here. We'll come look it over and tell you straight what's going on up there.

See all that reddish-brown buildup packed into the valleys?

That's pine straw. And it's slowly setting this roof up for a leak.

Here's how it works. Valleys are where two slopes meet and channel water down to the gutter. They already handle more water than anywhere else on the roof. When debris packs in like this, the water can't drain. It backs up, sits against the shingles, and starts working its way underneath.

Give it enough rain and enough time, and that trapped water finds the decking. Then you've got soft wood, then a stain on the ceiling, then a repair bill nobody saw coming.

We spotted this one during a free inspection on a home in Newnan. From the ground, the homeowner had no clue the valleys were this packed.

This is the kind of thing that's easy to catch early and expensive to ignore.

If it's been a while since anyone looked at your roof, get a HAAG-certified set of eyes on it. We'll tell you straight what we find.

Most homeowners never watch a roof go on.

So here it is.

Fresh underlayment laid clean across the whole deck. MaxFelt and CertainTeed RoofRunner down first, then architectural shingles going on course by course, staggered so no two seams line up. Crew in the heat, working from the eave up the way it's supposed to be done.

Swipe to see the whole job. Decking wrapped, landscaping tarped off, nothing left to chance.

This is a full replacement we knocked out down in LaGrange. The kind of work that decides whether a roof lasts 15 years or 30. Not the shingle color. The install.
26 years of doing it right shows up in the part nobody sees.

If your roof is getting close to the end, don't wait for a leak to make the call for you. Get a HAAG-certified set of eyes on it and know where you stand.

Five stars from Yuliana. Credit goes to Kyle.

She came to us with a roof repair and walked away with two things. The repair done right, and the kind of experience that made her tell us she'd call again next time something comes up.

That second part is the harder one to earn.

Kyle is part of the reason. The guys who show up clean, work clean, and treat the property like it's their own are the reason Eagle Watch keeps getting calls 26 years in.

Thank you Yuliana. And to Kyle, well-deserved.

If you've got a roof issue and you're not sure who to call, this is what working with us looks like.

When Tim Stout needed a roof for his downtown Newnan renovation, he called us.

This is a full commercial replacement at 32 Jackson Street. Tear off down to the decking, structural wood replaced where needed, tarps protecting the parking lot and landscaping the whole way through. Same standard we hold on every residential job, scaled up for a building that has to keep functioning during the renovation.

A lot of folks know Eagle Watch for the houses we roof across Coweta and Fayette County. But commercial work has been part of what we do from the beginning.

Tim has been doing real things for downtown Newnan and for Coweta County. From paying off school lunch debt with Justin earlier this year, to bringing this building back to life. When somebody who cares about the community that much asks you to be part of his project, you show up and you do it right.

26 years of doing it right is exactly why he called.

If your business needs a roof, a repair, or just an honest assessment of what you're working with, give us a call. We'll come out, walk it, and tell you straight.

Today is not about us.

Today is for the men and women who gave their lives so the rest of us could build ours.

To the families who lost someone in service. We see you. We remember with you. We are grateful beyond what words can carry.

Thank you.

This is the part that's hard to fake.

A guy in our shirt. Boots on the roof. Truck in the driveway. Eyes on every square foot before he climbs back down.

That's what a free inspection actually looks like at Eagle Watch. Not a sales call. Not a five-minute glance from the ground. Somebody who knows what they're doing, up there walking the roof and telling you straight what they find.

We were out in Sharpsburg this week doing exactly this. Same standard we've held to for 26 years.

If you've been putting off a roof check because you're not sure who to trust, this is who shows up. Real crew, real work, real answers.

This roof looks fine. It isn't.

From up here you can see what most homeowners can't. The shingles have lost most of their original color from years of Georgia sun. The valleys are holding pine straw and debris that slows water flow. Two old turbine vents are still spinning when modern roofs use ridge vents instead. And the rubber boots around the pipe vents are dried out and ready to crack.

None of it screams "leak" yet. But each one is a sign the roof is in the back half of its life.

We were out in Fayetteville this week doing a free inspection on this one. The homeowner thought they had years left. From the ground, they were right. From up close, the clock is ticking.

This is why an inspection matters before you have a problem. Not after.

If your roof is starting to look weathered from the driveway, it's probably worse from up top. Get a HAAG-certified set of eyes on it and know exactly where you stand.
