You've probably seen this truck around town.

The flag wrap, the red eagle, parked in somebody's driveway with a load of decking in the back. That's us. And there's a good chance the roof we just finished belongs to one of your neighbors.

This one wrapped up clean. Fresh shingles and a tidy jobsite when we pulled out, the way it should be every time.

When you see that truck on your street, it means somebody nearby trusted us with their home. After 26 years around Coweta County, that's what keeps us going.

Neighbors trusting us with their homes, one roof at a time.

Roof getting old, or have you been putting off that inspection? We're probably already working a street over.

This note means more to us than any roof we've ever put on.

Melanie reached out on behalf of Moreland Elementary, and getting a message like this is exactly why we love being part of this community. Doing good work matters to us.

So does showing up for the people around us.

We're proud to support the staff and students at Moreland Elementary, and grateful they've let us be part of it over the years.

Coweta County has given a lot to us in 26 years. Every chance we get to give something back to our schools and our neighbors, we take it.

Thank you, Melanie. And thank you to every teacher pouring into those kids every single day.

Here's a roof going on right now in Newnan, caught partway through.

That white and blue layer you see is the underlayment. It goes down over the bare deck before a single shingle, and most homeowners never know it's there. This one is rated for high wind, so when a storm comes through, that layer helps keep water off your wood even if a shingle gets lifted.

Then the new shingles go on over it, course by course, sealed and nailed down right.

The shingles get all the attention, but the layers underneath do just as much work. Get those right and the whole roof holds up longer. We don't cut corners on the parts nobody sees.

26 years doing this across Coweta County. If your roof is getting old or you're thinking about a replacement here in Newnan, we'll come take a look and tell you straight what you're working with.

You'd never spot this from your driveway.

Look close and you can see shingles lifted and torn loose. That's wind damage. Wind gets under the edge and breaks the seal that holds each shingle down. Then it folds them back, and a couple here tore off completely. Once that seal is broken, the shingle won't lie flat again and water has a clear path underneath.

This roof is also getting up there in age. That dark streaking is algae, and worn shingles get brittle, which makes them easy for the wind to lift. It doesn't take a big storm to start pulling them loose.

Here's the part that matters. From the ground, this roof looks fine. You'd have no idea those shingles were open until a stain showed up on your ceiling months later. By then the damage is done.

That's why we say get it looked at. We'll get up there safely and find what's going on, then tell you straight whether it's a repair or something bigger. After 26 years on roofs around Newnan and Coweta County, we know what wind leaves behind.

Don't climb up there yourself to check. Let us handle that part.

See those dark spots? That's shingle blistering, and it comes from heat.

The shingle traps a little moisture or gas. Then the summer sun heats it up until the surface bubbles and pops open. Once it pops, the granules come off and you're left with bare asphalt that wears out faster.

Here's the cause most people miss. A lot of blistering starts with a hot attic. When your attic can't breathe, heat builds up under the roof and cooks the shingles from below. Georgia summers only make it worse, and that trapped heat can age a roof years ahead of schedule.

You won't spot blistering from the ground, but you might notice the warning sign inside. If your attic feels like an oven and your upstairs stays hot no matter what, your roof may not be venting the way it should.

We check ventilation on every inspection, because keeping that attic cooler is one of the simplest ways to get more life out of your roof. After 26 years on roofs around Newnan and Coweta County, we've seen good ventilation add real years to a roof.

Want to know if your attic's breathing right? Let us take a look.

A storm rolls through and now your shingles are torn up or there's a limb on the roof. First question most folks ask is whether insurance will cover it.

Here's the straight version. Most homeowners policies cover sudden damage like wind, hail, and fallen trees. What they usually don't cover is slow wear and tear, or a roof that just got old and wasn't kept up. That part falls on the homeowner.

Every policy is different though, so read yours or call your agent to know exactly what you've got.

One thing helps no matter what. Get the damage documented before you file. That's where we come in. We'll get up there and find everything, then give you a clear picture of what happened. The more you can show your insurance company, the better.

We're not your insurance company and we don't file the claim for you. But after 26 years on roofs around Newnan and Coweta County, we know how to spot storm damage and put it on paper so nothing slips through.

Think your roof took a hit? Let's take a look.

Adding on to your house? The roof is where it gets tricky.

This homeowner is putting an addition onto their garage, and the part folks don't think about is the roof. When you build out, the new roofline has to connect to the existing one. That seam where new meets old is right where leaks start if it isn't flashed and sealed right.

So while the framing goes up, we keep the existing roof tarped and protected. With all the rain we've had, you don't want water getting into an open roof during construction.

We handle the roofing on additions like this all the time. After 26 years it's just another job we treat the same as the rest. Do it right or don't do it at all.

Thinking about adding on around Newnan or Coweta County? Make sure whoever touches your roof knows how to tie it in clean.

This is a brand new home going up, and that's our crew putting the roof on it.

Folks mostly know us for repairs and replacements, but we do new construction too. On this one the guys are laying shingles over fresh decking and working the dormers and valleys. Those are the spots where most roofs start leaking years later. Get the flashing right on day one and that roof stays dry for decades.

Builders bring us in because the roof is the one part of a new home you can't cut corners on. It's the first thing protecting everything underneath it.

26 years on roofs means we treat a new build the same as any other job. Do it right or don't do it at all.

Building a home around Newnan or Coweta County? We'd be glad to put the roof on it.

Swipe through a real tear-off day.

This is a full roof replacement. We strip the old roof all the way down to the bare deck. Then we check the wood underneath for soft spots and rot before any new shingles go on. Tarps go out to catch the debris and the old roof gets loaded straight into the dump trailer.

See that ABC box and the bundles staged up top? That's solid shingle, not the bargain stuff. The compressor on the ground runs the nail guns.

We've been doing this 26 years. BBB A+ rated, and that sign in the yard means a homeowner around Newnan trusted us with the biggest thing protecting their house.

If your roof is getting up there in age, or you just don't know what shape it's in, we'll come take a look and tell you straight.

Best of Coweta 2026. We're still proud of this one.

But an award doesn't keep water out of your house. So a month later we're doing the same thing that earned it. Climbing roofs and treating every house like it's our momma's.

Storm season's here and the calls are picking up. Trees coming down, leaks showing up after all this rain. If your roof took a hit, the company Coweta County voted the best is right here in Newnan, ready to take a look.

26 years in this county. We're not the type to coast on a ribbon. We'll keep working for it.
