This will make the fourth Mansfield toilet install this week. This one is comfort height complete with new supply stop and tube. Since they all looked the same, here is the best looking one out of the bunch 😅

Installed a new Pressure Reducing Valve and changed the old gate valves to new 1/4 turn ball valves to make for easier to isolate the valve for replacement in the future. One of the older gate valves had already failed. Also, working in that particular corner of the basement made me wish it was closer to Halloween. 👻

This 38 Gal lowboy had lived its life to say the least. It had been leaking for quite some time and finally stopped heating. Got it changed out for this new customer with a new expansion tank as well as two service ball valves to make servicing easier in the future. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with her.

And yes, we were instructed to leave the older water heater in the crawlspace. It had been left behind when the previous heater was replaced.

Water heater swap and PRV replacement.

The old unit started to leak likely do to high pressure because the PRV had failed. Replaced with a Rheem 50 Gal Electric. We replaced a two check valves and added a service ball valve on the dedicated circular line for future servicing. Lastly, added a 1/4 ice maker valve for an ice machine that will be installed.

So hard to get to even my camera couldn’t reach it!

Cut out and rebuilt in pex due to a leaking street 45 that had cracked under tension. At least I had two 50 Gal Rheem Professionals to kneel on. 👍

Changed out some leaking washing machine valves. Installed are new quarter turn valves with hammer arrestor

Emergency water heater and PRV change out to end the week. After cleaning up the hot cold and gas piping, We also piped the drain pan out of the house.
