We’re looking for someone dependable who can take charge, lead crews, stay organized, and get jobs done right.

What you’ll do:
• Schedule crews & jobs
• Lead installs from start to finish
• Communicate with clients
• Keep vans/shops clean & organized
• Prep materials at the shop before installs
• Manage new hires & maintain quality control

What we need:
Strong leadership, self-sufficient, high standards, problem solver, takes pride in work. Experience in construction/lighting/landscape is a plus!
