¡Atención!

Le informamos que las mejoras del Proyecto de Rehabilitación de Carreteras "Measure L" de 2026 están programadas del 14 de septiembre al 10 de diciembre. El proyecto incluye la reconstrucción completa de la calle L, entre las calles Merced e Inyo, así como la pulverización y repavimentación de las calles L, M, Tulare, y Fresno, entre las calles Merced y Kern.

El horario de obras son de 7:00 AM hasta 5:00 PM

Habrá fases en las que la vía podría cerrarse al tráfico durante la ejecución de las obras. Se enviarán avisos previos a cualquier cierre.

Attention!

Please be advised that the 2026 Measure L Road Rehabilitation Project improvements are scheduled from September 14th through December 10th. The project includes the complete reconstruction of L Street between Merced Street and Inyo Avenue as well as pulverizing and repaving L Street, M Street, Tulare Street, and Fresno Street between Merced Street and Kern Street.

Construction hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

There will be phases where the road will be closed to traffic during construction. Notices will be sent prior to closure.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE DUMPED ARE:

• Household hazardous wastes (HHW) such as cleaners, bleach, paint and other chemicals (i.e. pool chemicals, pesticides, etc.);
• Automobile fluids, such as motor oil, antifreeze, and brake fluid;
• Explosives, such as fireworks;
• Any flammable liquid;
• Sealed 55-gallon barrels;
• Scrap tires;
• Lead-acid batteries (i.e. car batteries);
• Debris containing asbestos;
• Certain appliances that contain toxic chemicals, such as refrigerators, containing freon;
• Dead animals;
• Televisions; monitors, computers, batteries, copiers, fax machines, telephone, and fluorescent lights
