This Bryant Legacy Series heat pump was manufactured in **2008** and has outlived the average lifespan of many HVAC systems.

So, is it worth repairing? For small repairs, possibly. But at 17 years old, homeowners should start weighing repair costs against replacement options.

🚩 Signs this system is nearing replacement:
✅ 17 years old (beyond typical life expectancy)
✅ Low-efficiency 13 SEER rating
✅ HSPF of 7.7–8.3 (less efficient heating)
