We love installing real natural stone!!! The kind of stone that was left in the dirt, on this earth for us to find purpose for. We did find a purpose, we used the Stones to veneer this beautiful Fireplace. DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT.

This was a very large construction project. We completely redesigned the concrete of the entire main entrance and sidewalks. We removed the old and installed new concrete, which looks amazing. Then we removed all of the old existing parking lot, changed the catch basin tops, fixed some catch basin heights so water flowed to them properly and paved the whole parking lot. Finally this morning, the parking lot line striping is complete. This Hartford Healthcare property looks amazing! Thank you Jefferson House with trusting us to take care of all of this for you! DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT.

We are working on excavating and installing a base for a 800 square-foot patio at another convalescent home in Newington. Following our base Installation, we will have a white vinyl 6 foot privacy fence installed. Once the fence is installed, we will install our paver patio. Pictures to follow. DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT.

Here is a before picture of the old catch basin top, which was ruined from too much salt exposure in the winter time. Next to it is the after picture of the new one. When we install our catch basin tops, we seal them with a concrete sealer to resist the absorption process from happening to the concrete. Once Salt dissolves during winter time, it is liquid salt and concrete is porous so that’s a bad combination. DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT.

This week we finished paving a section of the parking lot at a rehabilitation center in Newington. We installed new Concrete curbing, catch basin tops, curbs, and new asphalt throughout. We are your only call needed, for all your commercial property needs. DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT.

What a day we had today!! We are removing all the old asphalt from this commercial parking lot. We will be installing new catch basin tops, a complete new parking lot with curbs and Line Striping. DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT.

It’s so important to water your flowers, especially in this heat. Here at Midstate Medical Center, they are doing an amazing job watering their flower displays that we planted in the spring. Look how vibrant they are! DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT.

Oh boy, was it hot today! We had to do a lawn restoration job in Hartford in which we spread new soil and then applying Hydro seed.

Hi everyone, hopefully everyone’s staying cool and staying hydrated. Here is a top of an old catch basin that is failing. We replaced the top and a course of block below it. What a difference. Following the catch basin top replacements, we will be regrading the parking lot and preparing for new asphalt installation.
