Big transformation day on this porch project.
Base cabinets are set, butcher block counters are underway, and the wall finish work is finally tying everything together. Once the trim, ceiling, and wall details start connecting, the whole room takes on a completely different feel.
A ton of prep, leveling, layout work, and detail work went into getting to this stage — now the vision is starting to show itself.

Coastal Key Thursdays | Before → Reimagined

Not every upgrade starts with demolition.
Sometimes it starts with vision.

This space had strong bones—coffered ceiling, natural light, and a stone fireplace—but it was missing depth, contrast, and a finished architectural feel.

We reimagined it with:
• richer wood tones and unified trim detail
• enhanced contrast through wall color & balance
• a more cohesive ceiling presence
• a warmer, more intentional lighting feel

Not every spiral stair install is plug-and-play.

Throwback to a lake home project in Stoddard, NH. Came across these photos and a short clip from a few years back — this one required precision layout, elevation alignment, and fine tuning at every stage to land clean from floor to loft.

Tight footprint. Existing structure. No room for error.

The video is a walk-up test after install — making sure everything feels solid, aligned, and right under foot. That’s where the difference shows.

Tight layout, limited space, and a full rework from the lower level up — this one required precise layout and clean ex*****on from framing through finish.

Built from structure to final detail:
• Custom stair layout and landing integration
• Solid hardwood treads and risers
• Hand-fit gooseneck transition
• Clean rail system with painted balusters
This wasn’t a prefab install — everything was built to fit the space and flow with the home.
