Job Description
American Construction Experts is looking to hire a full-time front desk receptionist to split their time between a tax firm and a construction contractor. This position has the possibility of turning into more for the right person.

Responsibilities Include:
-Answering phone calls
-Scheduling Appointments
-Filing paperwork
-Interacting with clients
-Ensure office/reception area is tidy and presentable
-Other clerical duties as needed

Requirements Include:
-Proficient with computers and Office software
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Solid written and verbal communication skills
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Customer service attitude
-Excellent organizational skills
-Must be able to work during normal business hours
