• Process & reconcile vendor invoices
• Keep vendor accounts up‑to‑date
• Handle payments, expense reports, and 1099s
• Solve invoice/payment issues like a pro
• Support the accounting team and keep things moving

• Sharp attention to detail
• Solid AP knowledge + Excel skills
• Strong communication and problem‑solving
• Ability to work independently and with a team
✨ Qualifications:
• 4+ years AP experience OR a degree in Accounting/Finance
