Everyone ends up in the kitchen anyway. Might as well have room for them. 😉

More counter space for the holiday spread, an island people can actually sit around, and storage that doesn’t require rearranging three cabinets to find the serving platter.

If your next home starts with a better kitchen, let’s talk. Message Norfleet Homes about building in Newberry and the surrounding North Central Florida area.

There are some things we’ll happily take responsibility for… and a few we absolutely won’t.

At Norfleet Homes, we’re particular about the things that actually make a home better: solid craftsmanship, thoughtful floor plans, natural light, quality construction and the details you’ll appreciate long after move-in day.

Haircuts, taxes, baby names and folding your laundry? You’re on your own.

Roof going on = one of those stages where the whole house suddenly starts to feel finished. 👏

Shingles are going down, the exterior is coming together, and this Newberry home is getting closer to the finish line by the day.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at every stage of a build, but this is a pretty good view of progress. 🔨🏡

September 11, 2001 — a day our country will never forget.

25 years later, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the first responders and heroes who answered the call, and stand with the families whose lives were forever changed.

As a community, may we continue to carry forward the strength, unity, and love of neighbor that defined the days that followed. 🇺🇸

We will never forget.

The little details are what make a home feel finished. ✨ From warm brass lighting to the cabinetry, trim and fixtures around it, every selection works together to give this kitchen a collected, elevated feel without making it feel overly done.

Building a home means making about a thousand decisions — and these are the ones that start bringing the whole vision together.

If you’re looking for new construction homes in Newberry, Florida, this is the kind of finish work we mean when we say the details matter.

Stained porch ceilings, mixed brick and stone, warm brass lighting, white shaker cabinetry and a neutral interior that still has plenty of character — this home is a good example of how we like to keep a new build timeless without making it boring.

Norfleet Homes builds throughout Newberry, Gainesville and Alachua County, with floor plans and finishes designed around how people actually want to live.

This one might be one of our favorites yet… and we haven’t even shown you everything. 👀
