I’ve gotta share a huge personal win with you guys
It’s not about our growth or anything like that
It’s no secret, I’ve started doing roof inspections
I had some time with a roofing contractor, Jose Posadas and he showed me what he looks for on roofs that destroy them
So I could look at the roofs I’m on and help the client understand what they need
And ultimately prevent catastrophic damage to one of my clients roof and home
Patsy, one of our first clients ever, one of Samantha’s housekeeping clients
Had me out for a inspection in the Spring
I explained I had bad news, and that I’m not an expert
But I’d have a contractor come take a look inside the attic to make sure there wasn’t a major leak
And to prepare for the idea of buying a roof in the near future
Well she had a roofing contractor out this week, they replaced the roof
He told her,
“Thank god your guy took a look, another good rain and you’d likely be replacing all your drywall, and possibly even structural wood”
Wow 🥹
I hope you all know, all I’ve ever wanted was to return the help and generosity we’ve received and yesterday when I heard the news
I felt like I tipped the scales in my direction a little
And look at this gorgeous new roof!
