I contacted my realtor when I realized that the windows on my home that was listed needed to be cleaned. He recommended Pureflo Home Solutions and told me that they were very responsive and had a good reputation. I contacted them and within the hour had a response from Matt asking for information to prepare a bid. I was impressed by his strong communication about the service that would be provided, the cost, and the approximate dates when the work would be completed.On the day they arrived at my home in Garden Home (SW Portland), Matt and his team were professional, respectful, and detail oriented. By the time they left, the windows were impeccably cleaned and I was thrilled with the results. Excellent communication, excellent service, excellent work!

We often get asked this one question…

“How do you not leave hard water when you clean the windows?”

Well, here’s the answer

We were at a home today on a well, obviously this is “hard water city”

We have a TDS meter so we can see how many parts per million of hard water compounds are in the water source

We then feed the water source through our portable deionizing water tank

This tank contains ion exchanging resins that attract hard water, removing it to levels that are safe to clean windows with

This is the same technology you see in “spot free” car washes

Here you can see the well water initially tested at 28 which is honestly very clean for well water

Newberg tap water is around 50-100 generally

After attaching our filter, we checked again and we are down to 2 PPM

This is totally acceptable for window cleaning!

Usually when we get asked to work weekends the answer is “absolutely not” 😂

But this winery on Bell Rd in Newberg is operational Mon-Fri, so we made a special exception

Over 10,000 SQ FT of siding soft washed between the winery and residence

Exterior windows cleaned

Screens cleaned

3,100 SQ FT of concrete pressure washed

This was our 15th service for this specific client over the years

We’ve cleaned everything from their commercial kitchen to awnings and concrete at the Newberg Plaza

We are genuinely grateful for clients who continue supporting small local businesses like ours

Without people choosing to work with companies like Pureflo, businesses like ours literally do not exist
