Please anyone with a flat roof especially on a commercial building with parapet walls. Make sure you are cheacking/cleaning your drain at least 3 or 4 times a year. we all seen what happened at BJ's department store a few months ago when we had heavy rain fall. That was most likely from clogged or damaged roof drains not being able to drain the water off the roof fast enough.
