Public Safety Bldg. Traffic Division, New Jersey
The New Traffic Division headquarters will serve as a permanent home for the motorcycle mounted officers as well as those on horseback. The new facility will provide stables for the care of 12 horses and have space to park as many as 20 motorcycles, indoors.

Residential Development
This creative design allows its developer to realize its goal of maximum unit yield, despite the proposed site consisting of two narrow lots. A combination of the two lots into a single through-lot accessible from both streets enabled 46 units to be planned in this dense area.
